The hotel offers beautifully decorated and well-located rooms, but the hot water may run out quickly, and some signs of wear and tear are noticeable. On the bright side, the hotel provides Savo disinfectant for extra cleanliness.

I loved the decoration and location of the rooms, but unfortunately, I experienced running out of hot water after a quick shower. The rooms have some age-related scratches and marks on the walls. However, having Savo disinfectant was a nice touch.

The customer service was unfortunately below par. Cleaning the floor without properly clearing debris and sharing nearby food spots was not the best experience. On the positive side, the staff was helpful in recommending dining options and providing useful information.

The hotel's location is not ideal, as it faces a noisy street and can be overcrowded. However, it is close to many restaurants, offering convenience for dining. It is a couple of metro stops away from the old town, which is a plus.

The dining experience had its ups and downs. While the kitchen staff's cleaning practices were questionable, the variety of vegetarian dishes like warm vegetable pasta and vegetable fried rice was impressive. The breakfast selection, from porridge to cereals, was satisfying.
